I was so nervous though, because tech and I aren’t friends, but Francois is an absolute rock star. He answered every single one of my many questions and walked me through everything step-by-step. My machine traveled 1600 km, but he was still “on it”, reminding me about the 24-hour rest, the bread run, you name it.
