Returns / Refund and Exchange PolicyIf a User is not satisfied with their order upon receiving it, they should promptly contact KEEP IT FREEZE DRYING (PTY) LTD' customer service team. Items may be returned for a credit or cash refund, provided the following conditions are met:• The goods are returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The products are unused and in new condition.
• The goods are in a re-sellable state.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged or credited. Users should return items without unnecessary delay, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the User. However, KEEP IT FREEZE DRYING (PTY) LTD will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item. While rarely enforced, KEEP IT FREEZE DRYING (PTY) LTD reserves the right to charge a 10% administrative fee for returns that incur significant processing costs. Sale items will incur a delivery charge for their return.
If the User orders the wrong size of HARVEST RIGHT accessories, or equipment, they may return the items for a size replacement. If the correct size is in stock, KEEP IT FREEZE DRYING (PTY) LTD will ship the new size to the User. The User is responsible for the return shipping cost. KEEP IT FREEZE DRYING (PTY) LTD performs a quality check before shipping items, even though the brands featured on KEEP IT FREEZE DRYING (PTY) LTD Online conduct their own stringent quality control processes during manufacturing. Items that have been used, damaged, soiled, or ripped will not be accepted for replacement.
For refunds, products must be in their original unopened packaging, or in unused condition with all labels intact, and repackaged in the original packaging. Once KEEP IT FREEZE DRYING (PTY) LTD has received the returned items and confirmed they are in unused condition, a refund will be processed via electronic banking.
For size exchanges, the new size will be shipped to the User’s designated address after the delivery cost has been paid. For special offer items, KEEP IT FREEZE DRYING (PTY) LTD will exchange sizes or styles for similar products, with delivery costs being the responsibility of the User.
